Birthday Trip - Redang - Day 1

This year my 24th birthday, i made it a special one. :D
Organized a trip out of SG as i got very bored celebrating in Singapore.
As you know, I've been to HK, Taiwan which are mostly shopping area, i wanted to go to a place where there's blue sky, clear blue sea.
Planned on Langkawi or Phuket but due to our budget, we decided on 3D2N trip to Redang.
So two months before, I booked the air tickets and also found a resort to stay.

On the 21 April, we took a day leave off from work and we went for my brithday trip.
Took the Berjaya Air and its our first time at Budget Terminal.
The airport is quite small and it has not much shop inside.

With minimum makeup for 2 days.

Boarded the flight at ard 1120AM.
And reached Redang in 1hr30mins time.
Most of them leaving SG to Redang are Caucasian, i didnt see any Singaporean around.

How do i look with BF's sunglasses? :)

Reaching...........

A pic of our plane. ^~^

Reached at about 1pm+.
Redang airport doesnt really look like an airport that we see in other countries.
It's small, non air conditioned, no shops or duty free.
Anyway, it doesnt really matter..

Airport transferred to our resort at the Redang Berjaya Resort is about 5-10mins. VERY NEAR!!
Heard from my friends that the resort we stayed in is the most expensive resort in Redang.
Well, we really got what we paid for. 一分钱,一分货啊~

We received a complimentary lychee drink when we reached the resort.
A kind lady help us to check in and we were very lucky to get a upgrade from the Hillside Deluxe to the Garden Suite at no extra cost!
The room is gorgeous and big that comes with a living room, a bedroom and a toilet with bathtub! HAPPY MAX!

Changed and out for lunch at a restaurant there.

Ice Mocha and Teh Tarik.

His fried rice.

My chicken rice.
Actually the food are nice.
However, considered a plate of fried rice or chicken that cost about $10, it really expensive. Dont you think so?

After our lunch, we were eager to see the beach area.
Are you eager to see the pictures i took too?

TADAH!!

How can you resist the paradize there?
It was a good weather for 2 days when we spent there.
I read online that the perfect weather is from April to September.

So we spend the rest of the day, taking photos, and chill by the beach.

Powdery white sands with lots of footprints.

Look at the clear water!!

Haha my failed attempt.

I am good at capturing! Hurhur~

I wondered how come the sea is so blue?
The colors are from light blue to dark blue.
You can see the shades of blue clearly especially during the noon time.

I didnt notice he took this photos until i go through the album!
I love it and i didnt know i got slim legs. WAHAHA!

US!

Found this one and only seashell along the beach.
Hardly see any seashells around. Weird..

Awww.. romantic dining~

At Redang Resort, the only bad is we cant get to see sunset and sunrise!
The view was being blocked by mountains. D:
Plan spoilt. Sigh~

Anyhow, we still really enjoyed the day there.
During the night time, we stayed in the room watching the Taiwan Drama, 愛∞無限 / Endless Love.
Alright, i shall end the Day 1 post here.
Do check out for Day 2 post soon.. :D
